NICE Appeal

NICE Hub

Here at NICE, we won’t stand still. In response to the needs of our families, we are creating a NICE HUB – we know just how crucial it is for our families to have a space where they can come together and support one another.

Families thrive when they feel supported, understood, and connected. Creating a dedicated space where families can come together allows for the building of community, the sharing of experiences, and the strengthening of relationships. It’s a place where challenges can be met with empathy, successes can be celebrated, and no one feels alone on their journey.

This is so important to us here at NICE as we embark on further developing our services to focus on the needs of our families.

For NICE, this space is more than just a building — it’s a meaningful extension of our mission. It provides a platform for us to further develop our services, offering targeted workshops, peer support groups, social events, and family-focused activities.

It deepens our impact and allows us to respond more holistically to the needs of the families we support.

At the same time, this space creates a sustainable opportunity for NICE to generate additional fundraising income by hiring it out to community groups, service providers, or partners aligned with our values. This dual purpose — supporting families while strengthening our financial resilience — makes this space a valuable and strategic investment in our future.

Heartfelt thanks to Mercia Design and Build Ltd who are overseeing the project and completing the renovations and refurbishment. We couldn’t do it without you!

We also want to thank those that have funded our project so far.
