NICE People

Our specialist teams work together to make every moment matter.

NICE is made up of staff, including trained conductors who are qualified to deliver CE sessions, volunteers, trustees, governors and patrons with a wide variety of skills and experience. It is all these special people that enable us to be there for our families when they need us the most.

NICE staff

Here at our Centre, we employ 38 staff all of whom are dedicated to changing the lives of those with neurological physical disabilities.

Our service teams include Qualified Conductors, Trainee Conductors, Students, along with other team members with a range of skills who can ensure that all the needs of the child can be met. We also work very closely with other professionals working with our children and adults to ensure that all their care and their services are connected to ensure an individual’s potential is always at the heart of our work.

Our Fundraising team work with all kinds of supporters including individuals, trusts and companies, who are committed to supporting and sustaining the work of NICE.

NICE volunteers

Our volunteers play a vital role in helping us deliver the best possible support to the children, adults and families who come to NICE. Whether it’s assisting during sessions, supporting events, lending a hand with admin or fundraising, or offering specialist skills, every volunteer helps make a difference.

We are incredibly grateful for the time, passion and energy our volunteers bring – they are truly part of the NICE family. Their support allows our staff to focus on what they do best: delivering life-changing services and support to those living with movement disorders.
