Gifts in Wills

Leave a NICE legacy

Since 1987, NICE – Centre for Movement Disorders has supported and empowered more than 10,000 families through the innovation of Conductive Education, giving children the very best start in life and helping adults regain independence following diagnosis of a movement disorder.

By including a gift to NICE in your will, you will help ensure that future generations of families affected by a movement disorder will not have to face this situation alone. It will give children and adults the specialised support they need to live fuller, more independent lives. You will leave your own NICE legacy that is impactful and will make a huge difference to people’s lives in the future.

Each year, UK charities receive substantial income from gifts in wills. For many, the income is transformational and can significantly help them carry out their charitable mission. In 2025 alone, income from gifts in wills was £4.5bn, making up a significant proportion of the £14.5bn received by charities that year.

Your gift in your will would also:

  • Directly support families who feel isolated and overwhelmed after a diagnosis.
  • Provide specialist Conductive Education programmes.
  • Help children and adults develop greater independence and confidence.
  • Ensure our services remain available for generations to come.

Updating your will

If you already have a Will and would like to add a gift to NICE, you need to speak with your Will writer or solicitor to make sure this is done correctly.

Why leave a NICE Legacy?

“NICE have helped us keep the Mum I’ve always had and the Grandmother I’d always hoped she would get to be.”
